These Terms of Service govern your access to ShiftGrok Scheduler, a web-based employee scheduling tool for small teams. By creating an account, using the service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
Service
ShiftGrok Scheduler helps users create employee schedules, organize shifts, reuse schedule templates, manage team access, and coordinate coverage. Features may vary by plan and may change as the product improves.
Accounts
You are responsible for account security and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Taxes may apply and will be calculated at checkout. Pro to Team upgrades charge the prorated difference immediately; Team to Pro downgrades apply at the next billing period.
Acceptable Use
You may not use ShiftGrok Scheduler for unlawful activity, platform abuse, reverse engineering, service disruption, or content that infringes another party's rights.
Data
You retain ownership of schedules, employee names, availability notes, templates, and other business data you enter. We process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
No Employment or Legal Advice
ShiftGrok Scheduler is a productivity tool. It does not provide payroll, employment-law, legal, tax, safety, or compliance advice, and it does not make automated employment decisions.

The service is provided as-is and as available. You are responsible for reviewing schedules, staffing coverage, and exported information before relying on them.
