Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for ShiftGrok Scheduler purchased through Paddle-powered checkout.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the initial purchase and we will review the request for a refund. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a billing error.

Plan Changes

Pro to Team upgrades charge the prorated difference immediately for the remaining billing period. Team to Pro downgrades normally take effect at the next billing period so you keep Team access until then.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged twice or incorrectly, contact support with the account email and transaction details. We will investigate with Paddle and correct confirmed billing errors.

How to Request a Refund

Send refund requests to [email protected]. Include your account email, product name, transaction date, and reason for the request.
